Browsing, the photo wall, the assistant and the first day of any plan are free for personal, non-commercial use. The full day-by-day itinerary of a trip is a one-time purchase, priced before you pay. Please don't scrape, bulk-download, resell, or re-publish the site's datasets or pages, and don't use the service in ways that degrade it for others (for example, automated flooding of the plan or chat endpoints — rate limits apply).
An account is free, and exists to keep your saved trips and places across devices; you also need one to unlock a trip, so the purchase stays with you rather than with a browser. Keep your sign-in email access secure — anyone with your inbox can sign in as you. We may remove accounts used for abuse (scraping, flooding, or storing unlawful content in trip titles or notes). You can delete your account at any time from the account menu, which permanently removes your data; see the privacy policy for exactly what an account stores.
Unlocking a trip is a one-time purchase for that trip: it is not a subscription, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel. The price is shown before you pay and is charged once. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages — we never see or store your card details.
An unlocked trip stays unlocked for as long as it exists in your account, including after you edit it. Unlocking one trip does not unlock another.
If the itinerary you paid for does not build, or you were charged twice, write to [email protected] within 14 days and we will refund it. Because the whole itinerary is delivered immediately on payment, we do not otherwise offer refunds for a trip you have already seen.
We work hard to keep places, opening hours, prices and seasonal notes grounded in real, current sources — but the world moves: venues close, hours shift, festivals reschedule. Everything here is provided "as is", without warranty. Always confirm the details that matter (hours, reservations, transport, weather) with the venue or operator before you travel. You travel at your own judgment and risk.
Photographs remain the work of their photographers and are used under their respective licenses, credited on the credits page; venue photos supplied by partners (for example Hot Pepper or Tripadvisor) remain those partners' content. The Peria name, design, and the curation and arrangement of the site are ours. Nothing here transfers any rights in third-party content to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peria and its maker are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its information. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the trip the claim concerns.
